WHERE IS YOUR PACKAGE?

After we ship your package we have no access after that. Be sure to check your tracking number that was sent to you! If you have any problems with tracking your order get into contact with USPS with your tracking number in hand.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

If you notice you have entered the wrong address be sure to get in contact with us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, usually (within 24 hours). If your package is returned to us you will have to pay an additional fee for your package to be reshipped to the correct address. BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING INFO!

 

CHANGE OF MIND?

Once you place your order no changes can be made. We aim to fulfill order as fast as possible, therefore no changes can be made.

  

SHIPPING INFO

If your package is lost or stolen we are NOT responsible for it! We are based in South Florida so be sure to give 3-10 business days for your package to arrive. If your package says “Delivered” but is not in your possession, get into contact with USPS to file a claim and have your problem resolved.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend carefully reviewing the product details and ingredients before making a purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer service team.

 

MISSING/WRONG ITEMS?
